Daughters of the Cincinnati Scholarship
Applicant must be the daughter of a commissioned officer in the regular Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, or Marine Corps (active, retired or deceased).  Send parent's rank and branch of service with request for application. Selection is based upon merit, and the amount of award is based on need.

Dolphin Scholarship
Applicant must be the dependant child, unmarried and under 24, of a member or former member of the Submarine Force who served for at least five years, or of a Navy member who served at least six years in submarine support activities.

EOD Memorial Fund
Applicant must be unmarried, under age 21, and the child or spouse of a current or former EOD technician or officer of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps.

First Marine Division Association Scholarship
Applicant must be a full-time student and the dependent of a deceased or 100-percent, permanently disabled veteran of service with the First Marine Division.

Gamewardens of Vietnam Association Scholarship Fund
Sons/daughters of members who served with Navy River Patrol Force "Operation Gamewardens."

Mayport Naval Officers' Wives Club Scholarship(link to their website but no scholarship information available.perhaps it is posted only when they are accepting applications)
Applicant must be a dependent of an active of reteried Navy, Marine Coprps, or Coast Guard Service member who has served at least one tour at Mayport Naval Station or Mayport Air Station.

Naval Academy Women's Club Scholarship
Applicant must be either the child of a Naval Aacademy Women's Club (NAWC) member, a current member of the NAWC (member must be a full-time student), the child of a current or former Navy or Marine Corps officer, civilian faculty or senior staff member, or Navy or Marine Corps enlisted person, who is or was stationed at the Naval Academy for permanent duty.

Navy Supply Corps Foundation Scholarship
Applicant must be the child of a current or former Navy Supply Corps Officer (including Warrant) or Supply Corps service member.  Decisions are based upon scholastic ability, character, leadership, and financial need.

Non-Commissioned Officers Association (NCOA) Scholarship
Applicant must be the child under age 25 or the spouse of a NCOA member, be attending an accredited college, university, or vocational training institute.  Decisions are made upon grades, letters of recommendaton, and a brief essay.

PhM1 Francis J. Pierce USN Memorial Scholarship
The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation will award an annual scholarship for higher education to the son or daughter of a Navy Hospital Corpsman who has served or is serving with the Marine Corps.  Applications can be obtained on line, or requested by calling (800) 292-7777 or writing to the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, P.O. Box 3008, Princeton, N.J., 08543-3008.   Applications must be received at the Foundation no later than Sept. 15.

Red River Valley Fighter Pilots Scholarship Program
This scholarship is for dependents and/or spouses of a member of any branch of the U.S. armed forces who is listed as KIA or MIA since August 1964.  In addition, the immediate dependants of military aircrew members killed in non-combat missions, as well as dependants of current or deceased "River Rats" can qualify.

Scholarship for Dependents of Deceased Servicemembers
To qualify, one must be the child of a Navy or Marine Corps servicemember who died while on active duty or in retired status.

Seabee Memorial Scholarship Association Scholarships
Applicants should be sons/daughters of officers or enlisted members who have served or are now serving with the Naval Construction Force or Navy Civil Engineer Corps.  The scholarship is for students pursuing four year bachelor's degrees.

Second Marine Division Memorial Scholarship
Applicant must be the unmarried child of a parent who served in the Second Marine Division or a unit attached to the Second Marine Division. Parents' taxable income should not exceed $42,000.

Tet '68 Scholarship
Open to high school seniors whose parent/step-parent is a Vietnan Veteran in one of the armed forces.  Also requires a brief essay.

The Retired Enlisted Association (TREA) Scholarship
All applicants must be dependents, with a parent or grandparent who is a member in good standing of TREA or TREA's National Auxiliary.

The Retired Officer Association (TROA) Scholarship
Under-age-24, never-married dependent sons and daughters of TROA members, and unmarried dependent sons and daughters of active-duty, reserve, National Guard, and retired enlisted personnel. Verification required of TROA membership.

U.S. Marine Corps Scholarship
Applicants for this scholarship should be sons or duaghters of current or former Marines.  Available to all students pursuing bachelor's degrees, as well as those at vocational schools.

United States Naval Academy Class of 1963 Foundation Scholarship (no scholarship information available)fhilton@erols.com
Applicant must be the son or daughter of a deceased member of the U.S. Naval Academy class of 1963.

USS Tennessee Scholarship Fund
Applicant must be the dependent child of an active duty servicemember assigned to or previously assigned to duty aboard the USS Tennessee.

Women Marines Association
WMA offers scholarships to high school and college students based on grades and SAT/ACT scores.  Applicants must be sponsored by a member of WMA and either be a current or former service member in the Marine Corps or Reserve, a descendant by blood, legal adoption, or stepchild of a current or former member of the Marine Corps or Reserve, a sibling or  descendant of a sibling current or former member of the Marine Corps or Reserve, or have completed two years in a Marine Corps JROTC program.
